This page explains what I collect when you use this site, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.
Who I am
This site is run by Fadi Shuman, trading as Ecommerce & Co, 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. For anything on this page, email hello@ecommerceand.co.
What I collect, and why
- Newsletter. If you sign up, I keep your email address so I can send you In Your Corner. It's stored by Kit, my email provider. You confirm your address before you're added, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Emails you send me. If you email me, I keep the conversation so I can reply and follow up.
- Booking a call. If you book an introductory call, Cal.com handles the booking and shares your name, email and any notes you add with me.
I use this information only for these purposes. I don't sell it or share it with anyone else for marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It's hosted by Cloudflare, which may record basic technical information such as IP addresses to keep the site running and secure.
How long I keep it
Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Emails and booking details are kept for as long as we're in touch, and then for up to two years.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it or delete it, or object to how I use it. Email me and I'll deal with it within a month. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
